ePIPE team awarded U.S patent for equipment used for in-place pipe restoration

Pipe Restoration Technologies, LLC (PRT), announced today that they have been awarded Patent # 8,399,813 by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

This patent is focused on the development of a novel portable heating apparatus used as part of the patented ePIPE® process of in-place restoration of small diameter piping systems.

The ACE DuraFlo®, ePIPE® team has been twice nominated for the US National Medal of Technology and Innovation. In Canada, Mr. Gillanders is a qualified nominee for the 2013 Manning Awards for Innovation.
