How To Fix a Pinhole Leak in Copper Pipes
A traditional repipe can be time-consuming and expensive, usually involving cutting into walls, ceilings, and floors, as well as going days without water. Our patented three-step solution uses less invasive methods to restore metallic and non-metallic pipes without extensive digging, costly landscaping repairs, or restoration inside your home or building.
Step 01
Air Drying of Pipes
First, we connect air hoses to the piping system. The system uses preheated, filtered air to drain and dry the pipes.
Step 02
Corundum Cleaning
Once the pipes are dry, we prepare them with an air-and-sand mixture to carefully clean the inside of the pipes.
Step 03
Epoxy Coating Application
The code-approved epoxy coating is applied, and once cured, the pipes are reassembled, flushed, and pressure tested. In most cases, water service can be restored the same day.

Step 01
Problem Diagnosis & Preliminary Testing
Our technicians arrive early on your scheduled restoration date, parking their truck and compressor in the designated area to get to work on diagnosis and testing.
Step 02
Preparation
Once we know what plumbing issues we’re dealing with and how to best tackle them, our team gets to work.
Step 03
Drying and Cleaning
Before we apply our proprietary epoxy coating to the inside of your pipes, they must first be dried and cleaned by our team.
Step 04
Epoxy Application
Our approved epoxy is distributed through the piping system coating the pipes. Once all the lines are coated, the epoxy is cured and water can be returned to service in as little as two hours, which is the fastest return to service approved in the industry.
Step 05
System Evaluation & Reassembly
Once the epoxy is cured, final flow checks and pressure tests are performed, and the piping system is re-assembled.
