The Problem:
Fireside is a garden-style apartment complex with eight buildings containing 236 apartment units. The property was experiencing pinhole leaks throughout its copper piping system. Fireside needed a cost-effective way to solve the problem with leaky pipes without the long construction times, mess and hassle often associated with a repipe.
The Solution:
Fireside chose ePIPE, its two-hour return to service product and the company’s 15 year history of pipe restoration installation. The potable water piping system was relined, including some new piping for washing machines that were another facet of Fireside’s remodeling plans. Using its patented process, ePIPE was able to quickly fix the problem without severe disturbance to tenants. Over the course of the project, the certified ePIPE technicians were able to restore all 236 units with no overnight water shut downs.
ePIPE is the only small diameter pipelining company that offers an NSF certified 2 hour immediate return to service lining material suitable for small diameter pipes that carry drinking water. No other lining company comes close to this same day “water on” service.
