ePIPE - Award Winning Technology, Unprecedented Service

Manager attests to ePIPE Team - Platinum Customer Service:

The buildings’ on-site manager, Kathryn Hutchinson, says ePIPE was the best solution for the property and residents: “Major plumbing projects are incredibly stressful and often invasive for residents in a condominium, but add a Pandemic to the mix, and you can start therapy for PTSD. The amount of cooperation, understanding, and platinum customer service that the residents and staff received from the ePIPE team for the project was unprecedented.”

The Project:

A 15-story high rise consisting of 287 residential units located in Alexandria, Virginia.

The Problem:

Built in 1975, the copper piping system was aging and experiencing leaks. Problems not uncommon for a building of it’s age. This meant dealing with leaks that could potentially a ect all the residents in the building. Residents were experiencing water damage in their units, the inconvenience of repairs and even faced with being relocated while conventional plumbing repairs were carried out.

Property managers, project engineers and the residents knew the challenges they faced if they used conventional repiping methods.

The Solution:

Searching for an alternative to conventional repiping, ePIPE® was the answer. The ePIPE team, working with project engineers, tailored the scope of work to remedy the buildings issues with the main piping and the branch lines throughout the property. With the award winning, patented ePIPE system the pipes were restored in-place. Residents remained in their units while the work was being completed.
