The "Regency at Mclean" is a premier high-rise condominium located in the Tysons Corner area of Northern Virginia. Built in 1977 the project consists of a 18-story building with 311 residential units, commercial units, and a health club.
The Regency's Board needed to address the facilities' leaking and aging plumbing system. With copper drinking water pipes ranging in size from ½” – 3”, a traditional repipe would have meant disruption to residents, costly repairs for reconstruction and painting, and a longer construction timeline.
That’s where ePIPE steps in! Choosing ePIPE means saving time and money, with minimal disruption. The patented proven ePIPE process restores piping systems “in place”. No need to tear open walls, floors, or ceilings. Restoration of the entire plumbing system was accomplished with no overnight water shutoffs, no resident displacement, and minimal structural disruption.
